Private clinics may be hosted at the Haugen Training Facility in Weatherford, Oklahoma, or you can request to have Phil come to your location.

Private Clinic Rates (Weatherford, OK):
Private clinics hosted at the Haugen Training Facility in Weatherford, OK, start at:
2-Hour Session: $500
4-Hour Session: $750
8-Hour Session: $1,500
The base rates for these sessions accommodate groups of 1-2 riders. Additional fees may apply for groups over 2 riders.
Please note: When booking online, you will pay the base fee for your session. If you plan to have additional riders in your group, please note this in your intake form. We will create a separate payment link to cover the fees for these additional riders and email it to you upon confirmation of your private clinic dates.

Private clinics hosted at your location start at $4,000 per day and are custom quoted based on your needs and location.
Included:
Clinician day fee
Maximum group size of 8 riders
Travel day fees
Mileage (within 300 miles)
Not Included:
Arena rental fees
Private clinic hosts are responsible for any applicable arena rental fees.
Travel expenses (flight, hotel, rental car; if needed)
